ORDER NOTICE & DELIVERY TIMES:

We deliver Monday - Friday.

Orders must be placed before 1:00pm 1 business days before your delivery date. 

Orders can be delivered between 7:00am and 2:00pm, 5 days per week excluding public holidays.

Your delivery can arrive within 30 minutes of your selected delivery time.

 

DELIVERY COSTS & MINIMUM SPEND:

Minimum spend $50

Delivery is free to Barton.

We deliver to Barton, Parkes, Forest and Kingston.

Standard delivery fee $18

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Deliveries required outside our standard delivery times of 7:00am - 2:00pm are subject to additional charges.

Our delivery areas are Barton, Parkes, Forrest, Kingston

Changes to your order require 1 business day’s notice and can be emailed through to catering@thedoubledrummer.com.au or phoned through to 02 6273 8008.

If less than 1 businesss days’ notice then $15 charge will apply.

Credit card surcharges apply (VISA 1.5%, Mastercard 1.5% & Amex 3%)

Menu items with seasonal produce may be substituted due to availability and you will be notified 

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellation charges will apply once your order has been confirmed. If your order is cancelled within 1 business day your order will not be refunded.

If your order is cancelled with more than 2 business days, you will receive a 50% refund of your total order.

We are dedicated to delivering great food on time. In the event that we are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances we will notify you straight away.
